Pioneering Hybrid Power for Africa’s Innovation Economy
An Ai orchestrated, 300 MW utility scale power solution featuring Hydrogen, Solar, Gas, and BESS for the Chesil Technology & Innovation Park and regional export markets.
Anchor Utility for CTIP & Regional Trade
Chesil City Power Co., a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly operated by Danem Oilfield and Energy Ltd and the Chesil Technology & Innovation Park (CTIP) under the Aeidios Group, is developing a landmark 300 MW hybrid power facility in Delta State. Our mission is to deliver reliable, clean power to industrial, commercial, and residential users at the park, with full readiness for export via the ECOWAS Power Pool.
Our proposed energy mix includes:
- ⚡ Hydrogen Fuel Cells (phased implementation)
- ☀️ Solar PV (ground-mounted and rooftop systems)
- 💨 Gas Combined Cycle Turbines
- 🔋 Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- 🤖 Ai Smart Grid & Advanced Metering Infrastructure for optimal distribution and real-time data

Our Hybrid Technology Stack
We integrate multiple generation sources to ensure a resilient, clean, and cost-effective power supply.
Hydrogen Fuel Cells
Providing zero-emission baseload power, capable of supporting large-scale industrial needs and regional export.
Solar PV
Harnessing renewable energy through extensive ground-mounted arrays and advanced rooftop panel integration.
Gas Turbines
Ensuring grid stability and on-demand power with fast-response turbines for peak load management.
BESS
Mitigating intermittency and enhancing grid stability with high-capacity battery energy storage systems.
The Brains: Ai Smart Grid & Metering
Our entire infrastructure is managed by an Ai Smart Grid that intelligently orchestrates the power sources, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This system predicts demand, manages loads, and seamlessly integrates renewables into the supply.
Supporting this is our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), an Ai network system that enables two-way communication between us and our customers. This allows our utility to track energy usage in real-time by capturing, analyzing, and transmitting live data, empowering both us and our clients with actionable insights.
